Gabe Rosenshine is a Principal and Co-Founder of Alchemy Real Estate. Since 1997, Gabe has sourced more land opportunities for Seattle area builders than any other agent in the City of Seattle. His award winning service gained national recognition while at RE/MAX and was consistently one of the most decorated agents in RE/MAX for sales and volume production. Gabe’s practice has always been centered on land acquisition, new construction, single and multi-family projects in the city limits. In his career, Gabe has been involved with over 3,000 transaction sides and over 700 site acquisitions.
